The only thing I see concern with at the moment is how defined his cheek bones seem to be, almost too strong, perhaps could benefit from being a little more subtle. It's almost like they sculpted some features as if that were an actually face and not a regular face with prosthetics laid over it.
One thing I love about Tim Miller's sculpt on the Sideshow head is subtle things that capture the look of the makeup and not trying to idealize the sculpt to be, what if that were just a face with those features and not makeup on someone. Bottom line is, it was makeup on top of a face and to do it the most justice, you have to embrace it. It's a feature that sets the Enterbay BD T-800 apart from all others, they balanced giving a realistic look of a face with a metal skeleton beneath being exposed with the look of Arnold in the movie having a prosthetic laid over his face and it came out wonderful. Many other companies just try to sculpt Arnold's face as is really is and then tear parts away, it doesn't look awful, but doesn't remind you exactly of the movie as much either.
