There are literally tons of people that think that the AR in AR-15 stands for automatic rifle

you'd think if they released another sandy.. it'd get people more excited about collecting the set, thus more sales for the other. They should've launched all damn three of em at once or close to each other.

But then again.. they dropped luke stormy and we just go pre order on the han stormy... honestly I think there is way less rhyme to their reason than we give them credit for lolol

Just scored a second sandtrooper off ebay for $155 shipped. They can stand together until we get the Corporal and Sergeant.

That's a great price, considering it is finally officially sold out on SS. As all stock slowly disappears, wonder if it will get pricey like the regular ANH troopers. Even though they'll make a corporal or sergeant, like said, people will want all of them that missed out on the 1st. GLad I ordered it when it went to low stock... It's a great figure.

Now that he's sold out at Sideshow, I hope they go forward with the Sergeant they've revealed soon. That's the one I was waiting for, as I have the orange Jedha Stormtrooper.

For a black pauldron trooper, the corporal Sandtrooper would be nice. I also really want the Battlefront Magma Trooper.

yeah my thoughts are that they are definitely going to drop the Sergeant as they've already teased him and went through the trouble prototyping him. Considering how long it took for the Squad leader to sell out.. I can see their hesitant. But if they don't drop the Sergeant based on that, then this is definitely not a "for fans by fans" situation, and kind of a let down.

The problem is, if they were waiting for the Squad Leader to sell out before moving on to the next... that's flawed thinking, because the other versions will only spark more interest in collecting the set. Squad Leader def would've sold out sooner if the others had came up on it's heels.

In the case that they don't get to the Corporal, I'll have to mod my second Squad Leader to fill the role.

My hunch is that it was all timing. These are figures they could've pumped out relatively quickly and capitalize on their variants, I think it just came down to timing and that they were too focused on all the other figures coming down the assembly line that they wanted to just back burner it and come back to it.

The three ranked sandtroopers is a must for me. I could get rid of most of my collection, but the sandtroopers would be one of the few things I would keep. Don't make me rebuy my SSC sandies hot toys... DON'T MAKE ME DO IT.

Also, I think the Sandtrooper was victim to the ANH Stormtroopers selling so Well and might have been a bit overproduced.

It would be an easy enough release for them since they have everything basically, just a new backpack and hand with ring. I'm also sure that it will have a much smaller edition size in comparison to the Squad Leader.

I'd love a clean version of the Sandtrooper. Favourite helmet and the general proportions in a Stormtrooper. They should do a run and weather half of them. If they do not sell, they could sell the rest unweathered .

I know non movie accurate blah blah. But I'd be up for one !!

All they have to do is brand the clean one for Battlefront. I'd buy that in a second. As it is I'm still reluctant to get one covered in bantha poo-doo
