Same here. I really liked her use of the rope dart in battle - it looked very cool. Some of her moves reminded me of Gogo Yubari with her meteor hammer in Kill Bill.

Am I the only one that thinks the portrait, while superbly executed, looks a little to old for how he appears in the movie?

He looked quite a bit older than his age in the movie. Plus the prototypes are always over textured to account for the softening that occurs in production. So he’ll look fine in person.

I thought the sculpt looked maybe a bit off when it went up for order, but checking it again right after getting out of the movie it seemed absolutely spot-on.

See now these make sense. Outside of the straightforward "shooting" pieces for wenwu, his other effects don't make sense. He never had the same flow control over the rings that Shang did. He was much move physical/straightforward with them as opposed to Shang's directional control over the rings. They should have given Wenwu the ring whip he used instead of the two other motion effects. But for Shang whoever...these look great and make great sense. I enjoyed the movie but felt 50/50 on the character. Wasn't sure if I wanted him or not. These have nudged me just enough, he'll look pretty cool on the shelf. Wish the expression wasn't so blank but I feel the actor also had an emotionless expression for most of that final battle anyway lol. But yea I'll get this. Wish they included the energy ball Kamehameha effect tho...that was the pose I was gonna go with dammit. Oh well, will use these pieces for a cool action pose

Really like those effect pieces, too bad there's no fireball effect though, I thought they would include that for sure.

Seem like there's not much interest in this figure though? Bit of a shame, I thought that interest would go up after more people saw the movie, oh well, still day one for me.

This is supposed to be on disney plus on 11/12. I'll just wait for that.

To be honest i really dont miss movie theaters, just the popcorn. I have been looking at popcorn makers on amazon and the secret ingredient : flavacol, but my girlfriend says we dont have enough space.
