Got this fig in the other day. Added some additional padding to his upper chest. Posed him up and snapped some quick pics. Pretty fun figure, I like the accessories and effect pieces.

It's a single thread on the back you have to remove. Used a seam splitter to remove the vest and yes the sleeves are separate from the vest. I used swapped out the upper torso for a Wolverine torso. Had to do a few customization the body and arms but in the end I prefer this over all look to the stock Bob look.

wow some ht figure prices are dropping fast i just got both figures sealed shipped for £240 ,sideshow would have been £600 total. scary when you see mk85/patriot/rescue/neon tech/mk50/wm1 all selling under £200, just glad i only buy to keep now.
