Got mine in last night from Sideshow. Luckily it appears to be second batch. But big L to Sideshow because apparently it's like 50/50 with which one people are getting. Regardless of the flaws, I really do love it! And I'm SO happy to finally replace the old Tobey.

SS is HT HR team they are of no real help when you need them. Sucks for those who got first batch. I got lucky with second batch.

So to confirm if you’ve ordered a standard version through sideshow it’s going to be 2nd batch? Sideshow just confirmed to me if it’s 1st batch they won’t be doing any exchanges etc

It's a mix of 1st and 2nd batch from Sideshow currently. They don't send replacements, only return for a refund.

No that looks like the 2nd batch, the first batch is way worse, the eyes are like nearly at his forehead, you've got a good one.
