I was hoping I'd be able to ease off collecting in the coming year(s). So much for that!

Ha. I began expanded my collecting habits but that will stop until further notice. I need an idea of volume from the Marvel line. I can anticipate so many new characters whether it comes to be who knows. If their scope is large, I might have to start selling off cool stuff to get back to the roots of my habit.
Such a happy day.

Actually I'd rather have comic versions.
While the movies were ok.. I really don't need/ want collectables for them.
Spiderman - Sm or Doc Octopuss would be good... venom design sucked.. GG was terrible.
X-men - I can't really thing of anyones I'd like.
Blade- probablly the best only because you'd get some vamps. (tracy lord vampire should be on the list
)

Magneto? Cyclops? Wolverine?
And for the Spider-Man license, I would really love a nice red and blue suit with an alternate Peter Parker head.

Was hoping for the comic versions as well, who knows maybe it will lead to it someday. There is precedence with Medicom having tackled some characters.
Besides a movie Hulk the only other movie characters I would consider purchasing are Spidey and maybe some of the Xmen depending upon the finished product.

Hot Toys does realism not cartoon. I would never have expected it to be comic versions.

If you mean pics of HT Spidey, he won't. The Marvel licence was only announced at the toy show. No figures as far as I know.
It made it sound like yesterday they were going to have Spider-man out for pics today. Or at least that is what Eddie made it sound like.

Grrrr. I was looking forward to seeing Spidey at SDCC. I doubt HT saved anything for SDCC next week though so I guess it was just the annoucement afterall.

Spider-man : ANY version of SPidey, so long as the spidey suit is cloth on the red and blue version.
X-men : Cyclops, Rogue. any others are just icing as far as Im concerend. I'd love to see them in their"hero suits"
