these look so good. Late to teh star wars party but hoping I can get an EX to convert on waitlist and maybe grab a second set of the regulars to flank Vader

Yeah i'll just clarify what i meant.
once the helmet is removed and the neck which is the same style as if you was using a neckless sculpt btw. the opening that is left is slightly smaller than standard body i presume, so when the head is put it place with no neck adapter the head is held in place purely with friction as it sort of clamps to neck..
As pixel said the ball inside the bodies neck joint is a larger size than that of the bespins head adapter, so maybe a neck adapter switch would work but may make them look a bit giraffe necked IMO.
A neckless headsculpt might work ok with the troopers neck joint still in place? so Han might work once HT release him

Gotcha so the problem at the moment is due to Bespin Luke having the neck already?
With 2 possible HT exclusives coming out this year for SDCC & SW Celebration, we could easily see a Han & Luke Stormtrooper set out soon. Possibly the reason the troopers came out so quickly. And I would say about 99% the reason HT made a short trooper in the first place. For HT the neck mod will be an easy conversion.

I'd like to see a HT Farmboy Luke first myself - that would also give them a head to re-use.

Hopefully the Hank head is larger, because both the Bespin Luke and that TTM head are somewhat small.

I think it will be, considering how old the 19 sculpt is haven't hot toys since started doing larger sculpts?. I was going to use the chris pratt sculpt as that is pretty recent but the two barbells wouldn't come out of trooper neck or pratt.

No one thinks that it's odd that the two pack Stormtroopers are varying heights? Hmmm. Perhaps a Luke and Han headsculpt will be included as an exlcusive with a figure down the road.

It's a story about a brother and sister, but the brother doesn't know he has a sister and the sister doesn't know she has a brother. And then there's this other guy and old guy and a sort of really furry tall other guy that's a cross between a dog, bear and Sasquatch. Then...
Na, bu anyway, there are troopers of every height, and most of them aren't very tall at all going by the relative heights of other characters. Going with only one height means you release a single package. Going with two heights (which is just some different pegs on the base body) lets you have an additional two pack. That's more potential desire and more potential sales. Later you release a set with Han and Luke heads - Hot Toys doesn't sell heads alone and there's no way they'll toss an extra set of heads into a pack to re-use with this trooper release - why give anything away?
I'd love to grab an extra trooper and make a third height. But damn, $200.
