Just google lootentoys and see.

I did and most entries are older and say good things. Apart from the trouble with the latest batch of pre-orders which perhaps he has not dealt with as well as he could have, I haven't found too much bad. I only ask because I was considering ordering one or two things but if you have info, I'd appreciate it before placing an order.

Good news, my pair of Stormies should arrive in stock these days. :)

As for the damages on the figures so far, both the holster magnet and belt can be easily reglued in place. The belt on my single trooper was almost half unglued, you could see that even in the sealed clear tray. Just a bit of superglue, held it stuck for 1 minute, and then it will hold like the original never will. Not sure why didn't they use a better glue for these parts.

Also the armor and helmet paint rubs/scratches/damages are something nasty, I will kindly ask my distributor to open up the figures and take a closer look before shipping. It would take less than 5 minutes to do the checkup and put everything back in the box, as opposed to the time used to play the whole replace game.

Same here - holster magnet on my single trooper fell off as soon as I tried to put the pistol in it. Easy superglue fix but they surely could have decent glue from the start given how much they are asking for these figures. Have had a quick peek at my twin pack but not opened them out fully for display yet.

I could have lived with the small black spots on the helmet (one on each trooper) but the scratches on the breastplate was to much. Now that I think back on it I think it was missing a piece of protective plastic on the short trooper, that might be the issue.

Wasnt there a trick for smoothing out the paint rubs?

Someone mentioned using toothpaste. Not sure which type (fluoride, whitening, baking soda). So many to choose from.

Here's the image i used. I cropped the part i wanted then printed it out onto plain paper and pasted onto a 1 mm thick sheet of balsa wood(thick card would work too) Base is MDF cut to size then painted up. It's a shame neither SS or HT don't include backdrops with the current SW figs. Just really makes them pop on display.

You always seem to have pretty awesome displays for your figs, makes them look great. Really like the Bespin Boba/Vader shot you have too.

Regluing is not a big issue as long as item is not broken. But big paint rubs are totally asking for replacement IMO.

Just hoping the replacement is not faulty cause they dont have anymore in stock after that one. That replacement process could be a total nightmare.

Work has been totally crazy so haven't really had the time to enjoy the Stormtrooper two pack. But had a closer look yesterday and damn these troopers are impressive! Can't wait to get more of the Hot Toys Star Wars figures this year!

Just got my second of these guys, is there any running changes to these guys? My second one seems better some how, also my wife said she wants me to get the two pack she wants a squad :)

My bad there, someone used toothpaste on a small blemish, maybe a black mark or something. A paint rub seems like replacement territory.
