Just got two more singles and a two-pack in from PopCultcha. Probably my last regular Stormie purchase. For anyone interested, they have the two pack in stock still, though it's gone up a bit in price. I got two singles and a double for $750 shipped the Friday before last. The two-pack alone costs $400.50 now.

Still a better price than you'll likely find anywhere else, even including shipping.

I've had these guys boxed for months and just changed one of my displays around to finally get them some air. I gave them a good look over when I first got them so I already knew how awesome they were, but I only just caught up on the thread now. I agree with all the good, and less than good that's been said. Super solid well built set and everything is all we could ask for, except the helmet. It's not as good as the Marmit but the overall package is awesome so I can let the less than perfect helmet slide without making a huge deal.

This pic lost a ton of quality when transferred from my phone, and the display looks way better in person, but you get the idea. Love these dudes!!




I have a bunch of troops on reserve; not a Canadaclone sized squad but a decent unit . I saw that some guys had paint issues that couldn't be taken care of with the toothpaste trick. Was this common? I don't want to pop them all open and inspect if it's not crucial

I don't think the rest of us are allowed to make comparisons to Canadaclone until we get to at least 7 of any one figure. You've only got four there and I'm still one trooper short of comparison status myself (and I had to add together 3 HT, 1 SSC and 2 Marmits to even get to 6).

Why wouldn't they be? Doing the two differerent sizes was an inspired idea.

Also the fact that you could only get it with the 2-pack, people crave what they can't have I guess.

I really think these figures have set a new HT standard for me, they're glorious. They're probably just really striking because of the white armor, but they catch my eye every time I enter the room I have them displayed it!

They have always been popular and really helped with my army...traded almost all of them, only one left, with other collectors...and I think I may try something with him...
