Does Hot Toys have to pay Nick Nolte for any license rights?

I was always curious how it works with characters where the actors do the voices but they are not technically under the suit. Or if the character had a look inspired by their likeness but it is not exactly the same.

Is there likely going to be a Kuill and Blurrg set?

I'd hate to preorder the Blurrg by itself and then find out later there is Kuill/Blurrg set that comes with some type of bonus accessory.
