Doesn't look like rubber to me, just looks like they integrated it under the fold of his protruding upper lip. Looks like it could work well but it's always a concern when HT tries to get overly clever.
Where are you guys seeing a movable mouth? Looks exactly the same to me in every photo.

Just looking at the headsculpt on Kuill again and it totally blows me away how someone actually sculpted him so near damn perfect.
The more I think about the Blurrg and the Speeder Bike, plus Mauls speeder,it gives me hope that 1 day Howard will agree to move forward with a TaunTaun,Dewback, Wampa and possibly, just possibly some of the bigger vehicles like a Landspeeder or X Wing or Tie Fighter.
One day...

From the description:

Newly developed head sculpt with articulated jaw, highly accurate facial expression, sideburns, wrinkles, and skin texture

I think the head is the usual plastic. The jaw is probably hinged, hidden within the facial folds. That was weird to type.

In a recent interview, he specifically said large vehicles like the Jedi Starfighter are not feasible for production and would cause problems for factories (his words, not mine). So I do not see that happening. Especially as a 1/6 scale TIE or X-Wing would be about 6 feet.

Big creatures like a Dewback or Taun Taun, maybe. Sideshow should really just re-release theirs, though.

Today is a good day.

Kuiil only for me. I have OG and Beast on PO.

Will also pick up Kid pack to complete everything. HT gave us the wrong pram w Beskar Mando. Real sneaky of them.

While I have no interest in a blurg, I do suddenly feel inclined to get IG 11 to go with Kuiil.

It's underneath written into the product description.

It's in the description and specs, but I didn't see it utilised in any of the photos yet either.

Huh, ok thanks! Weird they didn't actually feature it in a single photo.

I had zero doubts that this would not come out. I want Kuiil and a Blurrg but right now and we?re only 6 months into 2021 and I?m almost tapped out for 2022. These $500 sets are brutal, so Kuiil will be ordered today, next year once the Blurrg comes out I?ll likely pick one up

That's probably a good play actually if you are in the US and can easily use the long window which Sideshow offers, and don't have to worry about overseas shipping costs and customs fees etc.

But you get hit with twice the tax and shipping charges. I think it would be better to just put on a payment plan.

Agreed. Or preorder at a comics shop that charges no shipping. That huge set is going to cost a ton shipped from SS.
