Is she cool enough for Hot Toys to make her?

I don't think so. Some people would buy her I'm sure. I don't see a point.

People bought iron man’s that literally did nothing and were on screen for 3 seconds. Dark Rey is worth doing.

I think Dark Rey is a relatively safe bet.

It's just a question of when.

HT can do a correct/ better version (or DX) of Rey with a better head sculpt and all the accessories - even maybe a 2nd head with some expression (if HT can do well) first.
And other major ones such as Poe, Lando, and C3PO.

And then, maybe when they run out of things to make from the SW license, then they can make the Dark Rey

This is kind of where I'm at too. I don't have a Rey yet but if they include those extras especially what you saw in her final scene then I'll display her proudly. There wasn't any one really in the film that screamed must have to me and I'm surprised they fought the temptation to give her a "final" look at the end.

I disagree. Dark Rey done properly is an all new outfit, accessories and headsculpt.

You know what just occurred to me? I'm almost positive we're getting more accessories here. Why?

Well, I thought it was odd when this was announced that there was no LED lightsaber arm. I mean, Kylo still gets one and he's only $6 more than Rey. But it'd make sense if they were saving the Lightsaber arm for Rey's new lightsaber, since we've already gotten Luke's saber for her with the Jedi Training Rey.

The hardest part was making a stand that fit the contours of the dashboard. The rest is just deciding which character i want on display, lol.

Was holding off getting a Rey until I saw her suit up as a Jedi, but find this outfit kinda "meh." Would totally get a Dark Rey, however. As it stands, I only have the Kylo Ren from the first movie. Still my favorite look of his.

The arms are the solid ones without joints so I don?t know about that. Would be pretty cool though.

Yeah unfortunately even if they do include that other lightsaber, it won't be able to light up due to the seamless arms they're using on this.

You?d think they?d find a different way to incorporate that. Like having the hilt light up instead of having to swap out the arms.

Definitely going to need a Rey and Kylo after seeing the film. However, I just can?t bring myself to buy this with that head sculpt. It?s a wait and see the final product job. Hopefully there?ll be a Dark Side Rey release and it will no longer be an issue.
