Just got out of seeing the movie again (story works a whole lot better for me now), and was finally able to recognize her new saber as being part of her staff. I only noticed it lighting up at one end though.

While the obvious reason for the inclusion is marketing/merch, I do hope we get future media with Rey & co. This movie did a lot for Rey's character, I think. Made her much more likable on her own merit. Though, I will forever think Ben should have lived. So much potential. Loved the two of them together :| Anyway.. really hope they include this saber. Also just saw it a second time today, enjoyed it a lot more

I wish they have implemented Anakin to final showdown since it is Emperor who is the villain. Just adding ghost Anakin image to the scene would be enough and still can be implemented. If they tinker with the trilogy, it can be done

Though I enjoy TLJ, TROS supports my main concern about TLJ. There is so little thing happening in TLJ.

So, you've got little miniature heads on your dashboard? How does that work out if you're stopped by the police? An interesting conversation, I assume...

I haven?t been pulled over by the police since 2003. But that was for doing over 160mph in a 60 zone.
I have kept my nose clean since.
But I only have them there to remind me of custom jobs I have on my bench at work.
Normally it?s ANH or ROTJ Luke that are there. But i switch them out if I fancy a change.

I loved her character from the start, although I do agree with most that TLJ didn't service her as well as it could have (even though I love the movie otherwise).

But yeah, I fully expect we'll see more of Rey and her new saber in the comics and novels, and maybe even an animated series. Since I have a feeling Disney will still want to keep her around.

And personally I'm fine with Ben dying, as despite being "redeemed" and doing the right thing at the end, he's still much like Vader in that he committed far too many atrocities to be completely absolved. And I would have had a hard time buying him as just another good guy on the team that everyone was suddenly OK with.

I wish she had a new outfit at the end. That white outfit amazingly cleaned itself throughout the movie. Maybe it was new force power.

I spend a lot of time at work during down-time working on models(Which usually turn out to be 1/6 accessories or props these days), so a 1/6 head on the dash keeps me thinking about my projects.
And yeah, i think it's cool to have your nerderosity™ on display for all to see. "Normal is what everyone else is and you are not."
Display your geekdom™ in your car for all to see.

Definitely going to need a Rey and Kylo after seeing the film. However, I just can?t bring myself to buy this with that head sculpt. It?s a wait and see the final product job. Hopefully there?ll be a Dark Side Rey release and it will no longer be an issue.

Yeah with a release still 18 months away, I'm in wait and see mode for the extra accessories, tinkered sculpt, and maybe even a final battle Rey. I can see them doing that. There's also the high probability of Dark Rey being announced in the next few months. For now, I'm going to snatch up the figures that are out now or already discounted.
