Come on guys. It is just barely too long. A tie should come to about your belt. And that one is just over the belt. For a figure that is forgiveable I think.

I agree...Keep in mind the angle of the pic might give you a false illusion of the ties actual length.

yeah it's not too bad. Harvey always had daddy issues...maybe he never learned how to tie it correctly.

That's a really nice looking jacket with the pants. But I agree, the tie is too long.

Is it a full tie? By that, I mean is there elastic in the back, or is it just a complete 1/6 scale knotted tie?

If so, you can just retie it, with the knot further down. The loop around his neck wouldn't be tight, but you can always tuck that down behind his neck, so no one would be the wiser.

Thats the problem. Plus I doubt very much it would be long enough to undo the knot and tie it around the neck. I suppose I could try it but I have a funny feeling it would be ridiculously school boy tie short.

I couldn't find a full grey tie on eBay or I would have went down that route.

Would be nice if someone was making ties on here for an exact replica of... sadly billyb is never active. It takes months for him to ever respond. If at all.

It turned out a lot better. Took the tie off the elastic and re-tied it to now a full tie. The tie slightly pops out a little causing it to look short but if I hold my finger on the large end the tip just touches the top of the trousers. With the fabric so light there's no weight to it so it floats away from the shirt.

Whoever said just cut it, thats a very cowboy job. Very amateur to do that.

I like this. Looks very nice. I'm using that same tie for a Gordon custom so I may have to do the same thing you did.

Looks awesome, vodoun. I used the same tie for my Alfred custom. Used the vest to try to hide the length. :)

TwoFace had gas stains on his pants in the movie... An Im wondering how I can make stains like that on my TwoFace without using real gas... I added the smoke damage on the white shirt collar like it was in the movie as well...

I had a custom two-face with gas stains on the jacket and pants. I used a greasy lotion of my fiancees. It came out perfect

I believe I would've said "gasoline stains on his pants", rather than "gas stains on his pants" ... but I've got the mind of a 9-year-old.
