It's a fairly decent shot of the face. And based on said shot, I don't see Linda Hamilton. So waiting for more pics is irrelevant, unless they're modifying the sculpt to be more accurate to her likeness.

I respect other peoples opinions but saying it looks nothing like LH when it clearly does and then jumping down my throat at me because I think it looks better than Sideshows effort is silly behaviour.

I've met people like him before. At london film and comic-con I recognised a dweeb that had been spoiling for a fight on a forum, when I confronted him he said ' Ooh I was only playing about'. People use these forums as an Avatar for themselves to say what they want on here behind a wall and not have the NIAGRA's to say in person.

Yeah, but the eyes are off, the nose is pointy and goes up (piggish) instead of rounded down like Hamilton's and there's something about the mouth that isn't jiving.

For what they're gonna charge, the likeness should be more than just "acceptable" and should also be considerably better than a figure 1/3 the price.

Jeez its not just the sculpt we pay for its the type of body it comes on, the outfit and the accessories. You telling me honestly SS looks good? I wouldnt' spend 2 quid on that thing let alone 50. The arms alone make me laugh.

Au contraire. IIRC the head sculpt is the most expensive part of a prototype to develop. (I gotta agree though, the buck female makes SC look so laughable who cares what the headsculpt looks like).

To me the SS was fine except for the jointed arms. This new HT to me is a much better representation of SARAH in T2 and the arms are far better. I just keep in mind it's a 1/6th figure and not a PF statue.

I disagree. It's the headsculpt that sells the whole character. Especially at HT's mark-up. What good are the accessories and the outfit if the headscupt's off? If that's the case, buy a female TT and bash the damn thing for half the price.

Exactly. Licensing and likeness rights are needed for the headsculpt and no doubt increase the value, both monetarily and aesthetically.
