Well I placed my order, but was really hoping I'd be feeling more excited for this figure than I am.

That's basically all I'm feeling as of late. Most figures I just skip. But even the ones I want, I'm very lukewarm about.

That’s far too relatable. Not many new figures have been doing it for me.

Most of my collection have been figures from franchises I was lukewarm about but looked awesome and I just wanted something new.

I cancelled a couple orders I have a just gonna take a break from collecting until a must have figure from a must have franchise comes along.

Think I’m ultimately gonna pass on T2 but if we get an Endo or anything from T1 that’s an absolute game changer for me

That's probably a good call. I'm usually selective with what I buy myself. But it's the lack of quality. The misses. The question of whether it's worth having something that only barely scratches that itch..

It's that good enough isn't good enough anymore.

Especially with how ephemeral this hobby has become. There's always the prospect of something better around the corner. Figures have lost collectibility, and they don't hold their value for long.

It feels like InArt understand proportions where everything feels a little off with most Hot Toys figures. Like many here I'll order this but not with as much excitement as I'd hoped.

Hoping a decent third part John Connor is made. Can't see HT ever going there.

Really hoping HT dips their toes back into the T1 line. T1 T800, Sarah Connor, and Reese would be a dream.

This is 100% worth getting just for the outfit alone. It's the best looking version so far and in genuine leather. Heads and sunglasses can be replaced with better custom ones

I'm not paying $300+ for the clothes.
I'm not spending $300+ to fix what's wrong with this (the head)
I'm not spending $50+ for a pair of sun glasses

I'd be very surprised if Edward Furlong granted rights to his likeness. I've nothing to base this on but the lack of young John figures with it and his attitude about being a failed child star.

I feel like he just took his ball and went home.

That head sculpt looks great. The movable eyes will enable a lot of movie scene looks. The fit and look of the outfit is top notch.

Do you think they will if the ETA is June -Dec 2025? That seems pretty soon to me.

I'll stop this year, altogether, cause the quality, across the board:
cause the quality on 1/6, Transformers, 6", whatever, is just not nearly enough for these prices
and I refuse to give these companies my money any longer and I WANT to be done.

Vote with your wallet.

I like what i see but but the sunglasses looks terrible (im not going to use them). For me pain in the ass is the base :/. I want to put BD T800, T1000 and this one together but this base with the other bases will looks really bad.

The base would have looked better if the floor was similar to the tiles in the Pescadero hospital or even an plain office flooring like in the Cyberdyne Systems building

I like to think I’ve been selective but the reality is I have barely a passing interest in marvel/Star Wars etc so when something more niche gets announced and I get caught up in all the hype and then realised I didn’t like the movie that much or it’s my least favourite version of the character so that new figure excitement runs out quick.

I was pretty excited for these when they was first shown but as much as I love T1 I’m pretty meh on the rest of the franchise.

My most recent figure in was John Wick and I look at that figure wishing it was literally any other version of wick. Most of those interesting accessories wasted.

With the current releases and announcements none of them are must haves for me, they are T2 and Prey not T1 and predator. Might end up regretting cancelling the Feral because I bet that will look awesome in hand but…idk I enjoyed that movie once and il probably never go back to it.
