Putting these in spoilers in case any lurkers are getting sick to death of seeing it in this thread. Just gave it an overall cleanup today - no actual likeness changes. I started to notice all manner of mess and unclarity, remaining evidence of where I had dragged or stretched parts of the image so that things like hair strands and the shadows between them weren't lining up etc. It was also annoying me the way part of the jacket collar was moving in the GIF so I've remade the image to stop that happening. Now only the face and neck will change. Would someone be so kind as to remake the GIF with the latest pic?

And man I wish I had this exact shot but without the sunglasses. I'd love to know how those eyes would look with the restructured face.

Relax, guys; HT is simply saving all these improvements for the 3.0 version due out in 2037. I mean, if they make him perfect now, you won't buy the next version - it's just good business...

I just noticed something about this figure. The ammo belt for the minigun is grey on this version. It's supposed to be gold, which is weird since HT had the correct color on the dx10. Hope they fix that as it's a weird thing to get wrong on a 2.0.

3.0 will be off and 4.0 will be off and by then it will be the end of the road…:rip
Since this is their 3rd Clean T2 Arnie shouldn't this be the 3.0? Or do I have a misunderstanding of the whole .0 thing.

Why isn't this figure a DX for that matter? It has everything DX10 had and more. If an environment base is what constitutes DX nowadays why isn't the T-1000 a DX? It all seems to be entirely random.

Just letting ya know, @a-dev but the reception to your edit has been real positive on FB. People love it and are even tagging Hot Toys (they’re not in the groups lol..), and agree with the adjustments you made. Lots of comments and traction. I bet Hot Toys have “scouts” in the groups though, so here’s to hoping something comes out of it! And I hope more people share the images on their official pages.

On a side note, I wish I had Photoshop, cause it paints the picture better. Now I’m just thinking about the countless figures I’ve criticized where I mainly solely point out what’s wrong with the stock figure where I use my camera roll photo editor to make adjustments, but an actual great professional edit goes a long way.

That's good to hear, thanks HyperDrive.

Now I actually just used Windows Paint to do that. I find it nifty enough and I don't even know how to use everything it offers. I'm sure photoshop is better again.
