:exactly:

I'm completely dumbfounded by how people can complain about this figure. It's PERFECT! OMG's pictures prove that.

Exactly don't get it. This thread was going waaaayyyy of track sadly. Just look at it. That's Brandon Lee!!!

Oh, and Im not seeing this gap that all the sudden popped up.

Looks like lighting/photoshop. OMGs pics show the teeth well.

Could do with lightly longer hair, added nose scar, and I'd personally plump for a slightly less "exaggerated" expression, but it's a good looking figure, and I will definitely make room for it in my shelf.

It certainly doesn't suck, I'll say that!

Its the lighting. Just a bit of shadow between the teeth.

Now while I like this figure and will take it "as is" if that's what was available I get some of the complaints. The expression for one. I like the smiling sculpt. He did it more than a couple times in the movie and its different than the same old "furrowed brow" look HT gives to most of their sculpts. On the other hand, this may be the only high end Crow figure we get so you'd want it to be as versatile as possible. That's not to say the smiler isn't, I can think of many different poses for it. But a more stern /neutral sculpt will go a long way to making this release feel more "complete."

The hair. I get it. I wont deny that he looks better with it but I can live without it if that's what it was to be. Actually, they don't even have to make it movie accurate length, just making it longer will do more for the figure.

The scar. Again, I get it. But this is one I simply don't give a **** about. Its dang hard to even see it in the movie and to be quite honest, to my slight embarrassment, I didn't even know he had it in the movie. Its front and center in the GN. I just figured they skipped it for a more simple design and not having to use prosthetics.

The accessories. There isn't a lot but I can live with it. But I wish they would have included some guitar specific hand gestures. Sure I guess you can get away with the relaxed hands but the guitarist in me wishes for more. :D Although I'm not that mad about the lack of guns ,when considering the price this thing may be than yes, they could have thrown in double gun hands with the pistols and shotty. But I'm not disappointed or anything.

All in all its a solid release and good lord is it a breath of fresh air.

Well said on all accounts. :hi5:

again well said.yes it's the best crow/Brandon lee figure to date.my minor complaints (or call them what you like) are i'd like longer hair and that the make-up on the outer lips and lines should be blacker.the inner lips agree are a dark purple type colour(skin showing through)but as his face is still white/eyes black as in earlier in the film, the rest should match.both mouth/face faded through the movie..that's just my observation, wont stop me buying this though.

These pics of the figure are fantastic. What a great release from Hot Toys. We need more surprises like this. 60's Batman and this is why I can't wait for next year:panic:

Wow this is awesome. I don't collect figures anymore but when I did the Crow was one of my most wanted figures & HT have knocked this one out of the park :rock

I only just found out that HT are making this

I wonder if one of the accessories is the stunt gun used to shoot Brandon. Seems a bit strange making a fig from a movie that the guy died on set. Still it looks a top fig.

Those are great shots, but I think they made it more apparent that the likeness is slightly off. I can't put my finger on what exactly.
