I don't think a Commissioner Gordon figure has even been announced, let alone any sort of official product info. I haven't kept close tabs on this, but I believe they only place anyone's seen any indication of on is from that fan film a few weeks back. And since there were custom figures in that video, there's no reason to assume he wasn't either. Unless there's an announcement somewhere I missed (possible), SWAT Gordon is the only version announced and available.

I know of one occasion where recently Nick Fury hadnt made it into port so shipping was guessed.they pre authed the CC and then when they got the correct weight for Fury and sent him,they then repayed the difference.

Explain, because this is a first. Or at least for me.

Sideshow's new policy is to charge you for an item on a set processing day. However, the item can take anywhere from 3 to 5 business days to ship after that processing day. In some rare cases the item is available to ship the same day they charge you (this happened with the Jessica Rabbit PF), but in most cases it can take up to a week. For example, I was charged for the GI Joe Crimson Guard figure on 8/23 but the figure didn't ship until 8/29.
