The pics don't capture well the weathering of the clothes, but it has. The backpack, the side bag and the hoddie are weathered. Once you get yours, you will feel it like if it was kind of yellow dusty on it. Not too noticeable, but it is there. Boots has some detailing, but the pants do look clean. In hand you might feel satisfied with the result. Just a matter of taste on the effect you would like to have. The brown-leatherlike jacket (which is made of a fabric which mimics leather) has the feeling of being cracked, and it helps to feel it used and old. The same with the outter cloak.

Looking at mine under a light, the backpack and bag are heavily weathered. The boots are muddy, and the poncho has a fine splattering of mud. There's a very fine dusting on the hoodie, it's subtle but it gives it an aged look. The leathery jacket has a splattering of mud on the lower portions. But, likewise, the trousers don't seem to have any weathering at all, which is inconsistent with the splattering on the jacket.

I am posting for the first time pics here, so I hope to be doing it right and that you all can have a look at them!

First pics are from the HS out of the box:

As I said previously, the HS and paint job here is superb. I was really impressed when I took him out of the box, since he looks really life-like and, in hand, is much better.

Here now the accessories:

I agree that perhaps some realxed hands and closed fists would have been really helpful for some posses, but overall it is really well packed and you have lots of displaying options.

First pose I got for him:

Luke reading Rey's mind: "I can feel it in the force. You are not as powerful as Katheleen Kenedy and Rian Johnson say":lol

Here I went for that "blow up the hutt" pose where Kylo and Rey are force skyping. I love this pose:

Here I took a pose from my imagination and what I thought we would see in TLJ: A Luke looking for old jedi artifacts and mysteries to balance the force and remake the jedi order

And this is the pose I decided to have for him to be displayed. I love how he looks in such a way. Tell me your thoughts!!

I know I have posted a lot of pics, but I wanted to share them with you so you can have a closer look of what you will be getting and some display options. I am not the best posing figures, and my camera is not the best either, but I tried my best to make him look nice. You will need to futz a lot the clothes, specially the brown jacket, to get it right. The hood can be a pin in the ass, but just time and playing with the wire inside it, will provide you the desired look.

You explained it better than I did. That is one of concerns with the pants. I don't know why they didn't weather it. I think it shouldn't have been complex for them at all. Just some brown dusty effect or greish would have made him look more aged.

Welcome JonatanGJ35!

Your photos look great! Your final display option is a good way to showcase everything the figure comes with...very nice. I like you "no flash" pics the best.
The first couple of shots really capture an almost sad look to his expression - well done!

The more I see of this one, the more I can't wait to get it!

Thank you a lot for your words!! I agree, with that lighting from the first pictures, he looks sad and concerned. You will love it as soon as you get it and see it in your hand.

I want to echo what the others have said; great photos, JonatanGJ5! The one I'm quoting below is probably my favorite of all the ways I've seen this figure displayed. You managed to incorporate all of the accessories, and made it work in a natural-looking way. Wow! And a great pose for Luke. Outstanding job!

Nice pics! And I agree, that force pose is a great one to go with.

Since I saw the promo pics with the force hand, I knew it would be the one I would go with and, as soon as you pose it like that, Luke feels really powerful.

Great pics JonatanGJ5! :clap Thanks for sharing! :)

Thanks a lot and I am really happy you liked them!! :hi5:

Thank you a lot!! Futzing with the cloak and the leather-like jacket was a bit hard, especially the last one. When configuring this pose, I imagined Luke going in search of the a secret Jedi Temple in Ach-to. In my mind, he is using the force to connect with the temples inner secrets.

I thought that also, going for a much simplier look and pose for him in terms of accesories, would be a waste of them. So I tried hard to make it feel it could be an actual action/scene which could fisically be done and appeared in the movie.

Just got mine in today! Doing inspection atm (hopefully photos later). He's awesome!

Quick question - do any of yours have a slit on the left shoulder of the coat? I can't tell if it's a tear or part of the design. It looks super clean, and it's very small just behind the left shoulder. If it's a cut, then bummer I guess lol. Good news is the coats are cheap enough and I don't see it getting any bigger or being noticeable anyway.

The instruction sheet kinda makes it look like it might be intended, so I'm not sure. Either way, can't wait to get this guy posed up.. so many options!!!

Quick pose before bed. Really digging the figure so far. People are right when they say pics don't do justice... and I'm sure my iPhone 5 doesn't help lol.
I love the coat and cape material. So many poses and accessories with this guy IMO. One of the most fun to play with figs I have gotten since Rey/BB8 set. Looking forward to busting out ESB Boba tomorrow.

Yes, it is intentional to have that tear on the shoulder. Every figure has it as part of the design. It is meant to look aged. So dont worry, it is in perfect condition!!

Awesome, thanks for clarifying! I'm really digging him so far. Every time I buy a new figures, I think about how I should get a camera to do them justice... and then I think about how I could spend that money on more figures instead. lol

I understand what you mean with finally spending more money in figures than a camera. I am in the need of a detolf, urgently, and I always delay the purchase of it because I invest my money in more figures :panic:
