Nice. It will be interesting to see it with real hair. If I had one complaint about the full BD head, it wasn't painted "dead" enough.

Yea i might give it a shot with the hair depending on how the repaint looks, i would agree needs a bit more zombie look also got to make that blood much more realistic

I watched the truck chase scene last night, his skin is very pale and grey looking and the BD head doesn't have that at all. I'd definitely want to see a repainted head.

Still one of my favorite scenes from T1.

That's one thing T1 has over T2 for me, I never thought T-1000 was "scary." But the music they play for Arnie, and emotionless attitude of him in T1 is one reason I tend to like T1 more sometimes.

Quoted cause it´s damn true.
I for myself decided a while ago too that T1 is still the definite terminator movie.
No movie afterwards showed terminator that regardless.
They just shoved themselves through everything, eyes set on the target, not fainting, never.
Next to the first T-800 was only the T-1000, but his hands were already bound by an inferior rating.
:lol

That's damn good. Very close to the in film flesh tone.

I mean I love T2 dearly, but I love how cold and sinister the first film is. The older I've gotten, the more I love T1.

But on the other hand, I love the emotional connection you get for Uncle Bob in T2. He's the cold blooded cyborg killer in T1, but then he becomes the selfless sacrificing protector in T2. Such a brilliant move by Cameron to do that to the audience.

Yeah that pic was from a while ago he didn't put blood on it yet, thanks to your posts on MMS 136 now I'm considering getting him, once I get some spare funds that is, could be a while

A old friend once told me that Terminator is a 80s horror film and T2 is something different, at my age now I totally get it.
Maybe Cameron was turning into a dad at the time of T2 but yeah that's a nice subtle touch of T2.

MMS136 is a perfect Terminator figure I think. It perfectly captures the persona of the character and how ferocious it was.

T1 and T2 do have the same run and chase formula, but are still very individual to each other. T2 isn't so much a Terminator film and is more of a "father" protecting his "son." I don't know if I could definitely pick one over the other since T1's stock for me has taken a big jump over the years.

Exactly as a kid I loved T2 as a grown ass adult I love T1 more, but still want to get a DX13 some day just like MMS136

I saw T2 first when I was real young, but I've gone through the same change as you. DX13 could be in the running for best DX next to the Keaton Batman for me. If you could swing it, definitely get both, and soon before they inflate in price beyond your reach.

I bought all the T2 DX Arnies at release, and didn't get the Tech Noir since I didn't expect them to do the Police Station version... and of course they did almost 5 years later :lol I just bought my second Tech Noir today from a fellow member, and when about 700 rewards points clear on top of what I already got, I can get a second Police Station version for over $100 off from SSC :yess:

Why on earth has Hot Toys NOT made a 1/6th T-800 Endoskeleton??

I'm betting the market for such a figure would be massive and equivalent to all of the Arnold variants they've already produced. Why did they choose to do that amazing figure in 1/4th only?

Ridiculous.
