People may bash them but I like the Sideshow 1/2 scale Star Wars line. Like I would get two of the 1/2 scale Stormtroopers for $4510 instead of an army of these 501 1/6 clones.

I have two deluxe and was thinking about getting 8 more. Sideshow limits 6 of them per account.

I do wonder how many they have left. The 501st and Coruscant Guard were two of the few items they capped at a 10% discount.

I'm out on the sidecar right now, one BARC speeder is enough for me.

I've thought about getting another 1 this weekend but haven't pulled the trigger, I'm sure Fives and Echo (and I already have their Sideshow versions too) will come sooner or later and I want to throw in some plain white grunts with the 501st.

That will bring me to two standard 501st Troopers. Not nearly the army some have going but my aim was always at least a pair of these guys and a pair of the Coruscant Guards. Hope to grab another Guard down the line.

I kind of wish the deluxe 501st had reduced shipping too for a slightly different display option, but oh well.

Shipping does seem to drop on the deluxe as you buy multiples on the same ticket. I ordered four more and shipping was about $40. Not too bad.
