INTERESTING, as this stand would go with many, many figures if you think about it! You could put SW, DC, Marvel - all kinds of figures on that stand. I think I have to have this, esp with a coupon. Thanks for the link!

Now I’m regretting the two pack. I would be fine with just the helmeted Tython Fett. The bases are both nice though.

Finally unboxed and got mine on display. I switched the bases and stands so that I could use the right knee dart launcher feature and really glad I did! This is an all time great set from HT!

Y'all, I really cannot believe I am even thinking this: I am seriously considering cancelling this duo. And SSC can hand over that deposit, too when they refund me.

I really want this set, but I'm angry. There are delays, and then there is this ridiculousness. This on top of Jango's delay. Like we have not already waited 99 years for Jango.

As many here are now doing, I am considering cutting back in preordering and just buying figures when they actually hit the retailer. That is how I will most likely pick up Echo and Jesse: I will just wait till they actually get here. I'm not cancelling the POs I have now, just not adding any more.

So I have not yet cancelled Tython Deluxe. Yet.

I hear ya. I can imagine that being anywhere in Europe would be difficult due to restricted access [compared to the US].

Not saying I'll NEVER PO again, but it wont be every last thing I buy from now on, for sure.

Why wouldn't you just use HK sellers? This 2 pack is freely available brand new for 360 USD now. How much does a 3 kilo express DHL package to UK cost these days? Imagine it would work out a ton cheaper and faster than using these rip-off merchants.

This has been my experience too typically.
I'd more likely use HK sellers more often at prices like that, than put up with the long wait times for European collectors.

local HK sellers. I have bought from several before and they're all good, though they don't come in shipper boxes as they're picked up in the store. This set was retail $395 in HK, and with SW membership taking 10% off that price they're still making a (tiny) profit at $360. Though I am very surprised it's freely available at that price, clearly it's just not in demand in HK. I might buy a second set at that price.

That's fine actually, at least you HAVE it and you know your figures are not roasting in the sun, sitting in some shipyard somewhere.

Lots of times I delay opening, for this or that reason. Rex waited for about two weeks, I was sick/busy. But I knew where he was, and was happy he was here.
