Anyone supporting this nonsense needs a slap in the face... with a croquet mallet.

To be fair, this hobby is a very personal business.
There are undoubtedly people out there who would say the same thing about anyone wanting Snake Plissken, or Jack Sparrow, or any Iron Man figure.
Because we all have different tastes, we'll all have different collections.
But i'd hope i don't get hit on the head with a croquet mallet for what i think is cool.
And for the record, i think the Chatanooga Tony Stark was a terrible idea for a figure but, if other IM collectors buy him up, then that judgement is not for me to say.

I hope they reboot the IM franchise. Or stop... but I'm sure HT will continue milking Robert Downey Jr. :lol

Apples and Oranges. Oh c'mon, I'm not honestly wanting people hurt. But everyone is frustrated that lines are getting buried by this onslaught of milking this line. And comparing people complaining about other lines is out of the question, this singular line gets about a good dozen figures per year or more lately. Other lines shouldn't even be brought into the fray to complain about.

Thank you! :clap

Of course. I didn't mean my comment in a bad way. It was just an observation.
And to be fair to HT, if they have Tony head moulds and the parts from the Mechanic and only need to tool a few extra parts and some newly tailored clothing for a totally new figure, they must be jumping up and down laughing at all the money they will make.
I just worry that the IM line will become oversaturated and implode.
I have armour test tony, MKs I to VII, War Machine and Iron Monger, with Midas coming.
But i feel they ruined IM with too many suits and will not get any more.
It's not some kind of holier than thou stance. I just like my Iron Man suits i have and feel to add too many into the mix would make them mean a little less to me.

The only thing I'd say I bought a lot of variants of was the PAK Raidens, but I can admit that it's stupid at least :lol

Their value to me really washed over quickly.

I bought a couple of those in white.
I used one to make a female bounty hunter and the other is MISB.
It's a really cool figure.
