Seems like forever since my last sixth scale review, but it's an interesting one tonight - the new Hot Toys Warrior Alien! Some things are very, very good...some things are very, very bad. It all evens out in the end - you can find my review here:

or with the rest of the reviews at the usual:

Thanks for reading!

Thanks - btw, I did add to the review to say that the mouth SHOULD stay put...but no matter how hard I push, it doesn't. Seems to be an issue for some of us.

Well, I gave up on trying to get the lever to pop into place - I pulled on the mouth itself and was able to snap it into the hold position. Still on a downward angle though, and a bit of a dicey way to have to do it. I'm not changing the score in that category.

hot toys will soon unite with apple. crappy product for crazy prices in both cases.

Of course, that's a catch 22 - pass on him now, and if any Marines come out, he'll be sky high on ebay. I'd like to think they'll do Marines, but I think we'll see the 66 Batmobile first.

First let me say great review, I always like your figure reviews. Having said that honestly who gives a **** about the 66 batmoblile, oh my god that was a horrible version of batman and as a society we can not get rid of it quick enough for me! I definitely agree about the eBay prices of this if they do marines tho and with them teasing a power loader, I think it's only a matter of time, I may pick up a second before that happens, I just hope they announce a crawling version before I pull the trigger on that!

I wouldn't watch the 60s Batman show today or buy toys from it but there are those who grew up with it and I can certainly understand those people having a continued love and desire to represent it in their Batman collection. Or even Batman collectors generally, but for whom the show was well before their time, even they would have an interest in it as part of the history of the character. My treasured 1989/Returns Batman is probably scoffed at by today's generation but they can go do one :lol I still want and thankfully got toys from those films.

As for this figure, easy pass at this point. Even if they make Marines I'll probably just buy those....if I can afford to by then.

I get what your saying and I understand the nostalgic collector and even tho the 1989 batman is dated, I still enjoy it today because it had a lot of cool designs and good acting, I don't think the same of the 60's batman, it is just over the top goofy, and I personally can't see how anyone would want that in a batman collection, but if people remember it fondly that's cool and more power to you, I'm an adult who loves the batman animated series and many other cartoons and Avp/Avpr so what do I know :lol hopefully for those that want it they get made, I was just throwing my opinion out there.

That's quite true, but at this thing's price point I don't think they're going to be leaving warehouses in droves anytime soon. Even if Marines were announced.

Couldn't agree more
I recently sold all my preds, one Terminator old T-800
They are just not attractive anymore
Those I keep and will not sell are : All batman figures + DX13:hi5:
