Looks like it'd be a nice outfit to see in 1/6th but without having seen the film I'd file her alongside the HT Marcus - not really needed. Not part of the mythology that I personally consider to be canon (T1, T2 and TSCC) and from what I'm hearing I probably won't like the new film in the longterm.

I'm not going to vote yet though.

When I saw her and Marcus together I kept imagining a spin-off series of a kick ass female and robot couple fighting for the resistance...

Yes, make her. There aren't enough decent female figures around. ( In my opinion ) shouldn't be too hard, they've got a similar figure in that resident evil video game character.( sorry don't know her name )

This character basically got ruined for me when she got all cozy up to Marcus too ^^^^ing soon. If they were going for UST or something of a romantic interest they lost my interest and respect for her character with that scene at the fireside. There are better more subtle ways of conveying romantic attachment especially with two characters that just met. I would have wanted them bonded through her telling more of her losses and experiences in the war without that forced awkward scene of cuddling.

there's not alot of humans left at that point and as she said he was a good one. I'm sure most guys left were like the bandits and just wanted some ass. Marcus saved her life and played it cool. he didn't pursue her (due to his human nads not being one of the parts they saved) lol.

I mean in that time what does a woman look for?

1) he's strong --check

2)he's not crazy --check

3)he didn't rape me --check

looks like a keeper

I wouldn't buy a figure... not that interesting of a character. And, honestly her hotness was kind of a distraction.

I have to admit I'm not in the military, but is skin-tight clothing the standard? Would have preferred if she actually looked like she was part of "The Resistance" and not someone with clothes specifically tailored

And yes I know its a movie, and sex sells... but sometimes its better to actually make sense then go for eye candy.

No but really, I liked her until they had her cozy up to him. Sit next to him okay, talk something meaningful and serious about the war in addition to thanking him for helping her out okay that's a nice set up for romantic interest. But when they had her curl his arm around her and she went into that 'strong heartbeat' mush I mean come on!!! Make it believable, please!! Marcus stroking her hair later when she helped him escape was more real to me than Blair putting the moves on him at the fireside. End rant.

If I could, I wouldn't buy her either. It seems like her character was pretty much an eye candy and means for Marcus to escape the resistance, nothing more to her.

Good point. I just know this is going to >>>> me off when I see the film. Typical patronising "strong female" character who you just know has to be good looking, has to reveal flesh and/or wear figure-hugging clothes (whether in context it is realistic to do so or not) and who inevitably has to have a romantic sub-plot. Sexy female characters are never written without ultimately becoming romantically involved. And most writers' idea of being different in this area is to.....have sexy female character be romantically involved with another sexy female character - very progressive you see.

By the way I'm male and straight but this stuff still annoys me.

I couldn't assess her acting chops because of how rote her limited lines were. She does fine in the action sequences though.

Honestly though, this is the first movie I've seen her in. I'm not familiar with the actress at all outside of this movie.

But she does have an awesome name.
