I'm no fan of figures from those terrible AvP movies, but I saw that the price of this decked out, high quality Predator is roughly what SSC is asking for their Mythos Obi Wan. . .shame on you, Sideshow. Shame.

Doesnt Overlord Dave have a rule over bitching about Sideshow? I totally agree though, Sideshow is ****ing insane

I don't think "heavy weaponry version" mean we will get a different version by any means. Look at Metal Gear, arguably one of the most popular video game franchise ever. HT made one "sneaking suit version", the least popular look for Snake and then never made a different version after that. I wouldn't hold my breath for a different variation of Wolf, especially with HT so focused on their Marvel, DC, and Star Wars license.

Well based on the picture posted above this is an almost entirely new sculpt, Hot toys will definitely try to get what they can from it, thats just good business sense, I imagine it will be a two pack with a Pred Alien or as a con exclusive next year

Sideshow has apparently spoiled a lot of people. Many on SSF and Facebook are convinced this figure isn't accurate, insisting on using previous collectibles instead of film materials as reference. Something Tsang used to do (and now, thankfully, no longer does).

I would have liked a closed set of mandibles. Still don't get why they cut that unmasking/face reveal from that scene. The uncut scene is great.

It's this kind of amazing attention to detail that helped make this my all time favorite predator design. I just really have to hand it to tsang on this one, I'm blown away and I've got two on preorder now.

The detail on this figure is incredible. I always said if Hot Toys ever re-did this figure I would have to buy it...even though I do not really collect anymore, I may have to just have this on display by my computer. Only way it could be better is if it was in 1/4th scale IMHO.

Gotcha. Yeah, in all honesty, I could not see anything but silhouettes in that film It was just shot too damn dark. I just went with the figures or statues that I saw of it so I thought he had a white eye.

It's the 2 versions bashed together. Problem that I have with this: I like the light up function and access of the data pad gauntlet. If they could emulate the same brightness as the classic Pred from predators with the bio mask I think the light up function would be appreciated more. A step up really especially in this generation, where they really should be able to do this with the tech available but there's money problems I know but it would justify the price raise if they did it: actually make the lights have trailing beams; that would pretty much sell me into getting it.

Well, I broke my rule of only purchasing P1/P2 variants & PO'd this guy - Really pleased with how this has turned out! Still, it's a shame that such a well-designed/detailed character was wasted on such a crummy film

Nope. Just the Classic due to the inclusion of the translucent hologram bits.

Amazing! Perfect if not so close to accurate sculpting by Tsang this time. Too bad P2 didn't have the same kind of dedication.

Curious if collectors who own Scar & P2 Elder 2.0’s are considering Wolf? I own them and feel like my HT Predator quota is filled. Wolf will not bring anymore ‘WOW” factor to my PREDATOR display as the “WOW” would be diluted between the three. I think WOLF is an outstanding figure but feel like if I consider the $300 to purchase, I should consider the $300 (or even less) to another completely different sculpt/character who would own the entire “WOW” factor to themselves…..
