lol I actually saw it before but realized i needed to TAB to something. lol Great clue the Boot. are we supposed to email the code to sideshow or order it and use the code?

For this particular freebie you just add the item to cart and enter in the special code in the coupons/giftcards section of the order page.

Dang.. I still can't find anything. I looked through the spooktacualr photo and video gallary. Maybe time for me to stop... I am obvioulsy too stupid for Spooktacular. :(

There may be a limit for the one-off prizes that you enter drawings for, but there's no limit to the number of this kind of prize that you can get, as far as I know. (One of each per person of course.)

thanks, this line from the details page threw me off.
"1 (one) discount/item per customer."

:p :p :p :p :p :p

Wonder how long the site'll be down.

This is getting a little annoying. You'd have figured by now that SSC would just learn it's lesson and get a better server system in place rather than letting their site crash every single time a big product comes out.

Edit: Quick. But still, it's kinda dumb to keep on letting this happen.

Oh, you mean like CalTrans with their billion dollar budgets having 17 employees standing around leaning on shovels and directing traffic while only one poor bastard's working his @$$ off? Then when they're done, the road's worse than it was before they started? It's a part of life, and their site was back up quick. So no complaints from me.

I have no idea what you're talking about. Surely it isn't too much to ask that the site not crash so often.

I've been having trouble with the site all night. Took over half an hour before I could log in to see the newsletter, and the spooktacular page has been on and off as well.

Basically, I was saying that while everyone else is asleep, all cuddled in their cozy little beds with mouths fermenting and offering themselves as bed bug buffets, some poor soul has got to bust their shebs to update and maintain the website. Given that knowledge and the time, I don't see an issue with a 5 minute downtime or the occasional hiccup. If you're having consistent reoccurring issues, it might be a local problem.
