How come SSC is not listing the regular edition statues for pre-orders?

I can understand the direction & the rationale (business wise) regarding their webpage's "changes"; however, the "execution" leaves much to be desired.

Very simply, the "REGULAR" & "EX" both needs to be displayed/listed as a "default".

I'm guessing the webpage guys got some mandate from marketing about how the "default" should be exclusives and not regular editions.

:duh

Log. Into. Your. Account. Do. An. Archive. Search.

...is this pure, willful ignorance for the sake of having something to bawl over? Or is it involuntary? I'm dumbfounded.

Dumbfounded? I'd agree that your half that. Why the hell should people have to log in and search archives to see instock items and preorders?

It's not a workaround. It's a way, and it works.

Are you seriously whining because you have to use a search engine that takes 5 more seconds to get to?

:lol

Because the people selling it to you chose to do it that way. Why the hell should they have to do business the way you demand it? You think the fact that you're a customer gives you the right to dictate their policies?

What you buy from them is yours, once you buy it. The company is theirs, no matter what, or how much you buy. Learn the difference.

if you read the production blog under either Magik or Isaac Clarke (I can't remember which) it says that a regular will be available after the EX is sold out. I wonder if they will start trending that way and that's why no "Regs" show up

yet when you click on her in the "upcoming products" the pop up is to preorder the EX only

The bottom line is that you shouldn't have to login & go to archive just to search for anything? It's a complete waste of time.

Searching anything should be simple and easy. SSC managed to make things more tedious than it needs to be.

4-5 seconds? You wasted more time writing these posts.

If the new way of searching is not simple or easy for you, I have a small yellow bus I'd like to sell you.

Or perhaps a tiara?

Yah actually the archive login to search for things doesn't even work on some products. Yes it's damn tedious and it takes more then 4-5 seconds!!! :cuckoo::nono

Do business the way I demand? Dictate policies? Calm down or that fanboy love will drive you mad. I think you'll find Sideshow are interested in customer feedback like most businesses. What gives you the right to be so condescending and dismissive of other peoples opinions? In my opinion having to search archives for instock items and new releases is a contradiction in itself. I hope they continue working on the new site to improve it. Bring on that fanboy rage Devil.

I think Sideshow's I.T. team of howler monkeys has been cut back to one howler monkey with a drinking problem.

So when you have one drunken howler monkey handling the business of the website, what more can you expect. I think the little guy is doing pretty good, all things considered.

If you're too brain damaged to deal with it, I don't know what to say. :dunno

That doesn't surprise me. You like the current setup and thats fine, I dislike it and hope its improved though it doesn't really matter to me as I would buy the ex anyway.

Now there's a thread worth starting...

I'm fairly ambivalent as concerns the current set up. Felt the same about the last one. It is was it is, as it was what it was.

However, I do like howler monkeys, and I treat them as equals. I have nothing to fear from them, nor should anyone else.
