Lucas Francis Studios was producing and selling them way before Sideshow collectibles started distributing them..

The main difference after Sideshow grabbed the licencse is the base..

yeah, Lucas Francis Studios had more of a flat metal base with support rods holding it up.

Ok, this is definately not an open ended edition size. I tried to order one yesterday, but they will only make the combat vereran version now. No updated pics on the site, kinda loathe to spend $6k on something I can't see, wth is combat version anyways? Factory seconds that would not take the chrome or what? I want a fully chromed and shiny one. SS customer service seems clueless on the phone.

Can anyone from Sideshow help me out with this one?
