the lightsaber scene at the end sold me on finally getting a Vader figure.

Jyn would be cool, but I feel like I could take my time getting her.

Been avoiding these threads like the plague, but now that I've seen the movie (which was freaking awesome) I will still say none. With unlimited funds, I would buy them all but at nearly $400CAD a pop = none.

That's part of it for me; but additionally, as much as I loved the film (I gave a quick and dirty first impression in the RO thread) .. it lacks the ~40 years of pop-cultural resonance for me.

I just don't feel the need.

I *did* buy an SHF K2SO; a cool little robot on the desk is as far as it goes.

Wildly entertaining film, fun characters; but no amount of marketing can manufacture a cultural icon.

After 3 pathetic prequels and a "meh" TFA, Rogue One brought me back in.

I currently have plans for picking up just K2 and Jyn, from the announced figures but if some of the others go on sale, I may pull some of those into the collection as well, specifically the Imperials.

HT would want to make some announcements fairly lively given the film is such a hit and there's a demand for some characters.

If they don't do Cassian, Bodhi and Krennic I'll be very unhappy. If I'm going to get all of them then I want ALL of them, not 70%.

I could do without Bodhi as well as Saw but i definitely need a Cassian, a Krennic AND a Tarkin. By the way, PO list just got bigger today with three addition to the seven already POed:

Whatever version HT choose to go for, there won't be much difference anyway. I mean, they will base sculpt on Peter Cushing likeness. As they will slightly stray from the model likeness anyway, we won't be able to tell if it's ANH or RO version we are getting save for the labeling on the box.
