Unfortunately, because your Elder is already quilled, I can't use that head, but I do happen to have an unopened Elder in the box that I got in trade/commision for the last Elder to Scar bash I did, if you or anybody else wants me to customize it. PM if anybody is interested. With the current eBay value of the figure and the work I'd be putting into it, I'm thinking $625 for the project.
