Hey all, I got good news, and some bad news. Okay, for the good news, the Chopper mold works. For the bad news, the lense area is pretty f'ed up, something happened in the molding process. So, there are 2 options, 1 to let me do mesh for all Choppers, or 2 to suck it up, and take the bio with the imperfection. I will get pics up in a bit. Still curing. And then, there's the 3 given option, canceling the chopper. I say keep it. It's still cool.

I will not be charging extra for this guy like I was for the other bios to have mesh.

Seth, whats wrong with the eye area? Looks very good to me.

Well, the area on the brow I circled is the result of my cat knocking the bio off the work bench, nothing that I can't fix. The second area is an empty lense area where I'm gonna install mesh lenses. It's the generic for the Choppers.

That brass color mesh might look good with that paint scheme....

How many bio lenses do you think you'll get out of that 16 x 20 sheet of mesh? I bought it @ Michaels....do you have those near you?

Yeah, it's thin I see but at least you can probably clean that out with an exact knife. Keep the bio's coming....

More bios are being made as we speak. There have been bumps in the road, but nothing that EKDER in hs monster truck can't drive over, yet.
