I would be VERY VERY interested to see what you would come up with for your own bio helmet. I can see it being MILES ahead of some of the whacky stuff that ADI thought up for the AVP films... which thankfully were passed over for less ridiculous designs, lol.

I'm kinda a noob on Pred trivia, but could someone enlighten me on this Narin helm? I would like to purchase one but I am not at all familiar enough with it to justify the purchase.

Was it in the earlier movies? The AVP movies? or what? Is it a stan winston design? for which pred?

It was never in a movie, it's namesake "Narin", is a guy from Thailand who makes KILLER Predator garage kits, one of which (AvP Diorama) happened to have a bio helmet that a lot of people loved. So, a guy named Casey (Biohunter) designed a full 1:1 scale version of it.

That's where it came from, more or less. It's just a really awesome helmet a lot of folks dig.

I've wondered that too! Congrats to Narin, he designed a really cool and HARD TO REPRO helm! It was fun and quite enlightening to do though. Learned a LOT about how to think Pred helms. Gave me tons of ideas for my own. Might do a line of Les Helms or something. One design has to stick. Anyway, Narin did a cool job. Love the area around the laser sights. That sort of cool framing. Looks wicked how it frames that, and then sort of swoops down and makes for cool, hardline cheek areas. Like the psuedo Samurai helmet looking brow area also. Was tough to capture.
