hi guys ,

i bought a wolf predator from ebay , it was stated as new and sealed box, unfortunately the box wasn't sealed anymore and neither was the little bag that contains the manual and the wires for his chest , canons and mask , as i was already afraid for three wires for his canons are missing

what would you guys do? paypal claim?

and can anybody help me to get new wires for the canons?
maybe hot toys?

No, I wouldn't file a claim. As long as the figure itself is ok.

I would let the guy know the box had been opened(take pics of how it arrived, if possible) and ask for "some" of your money back.

Or just sell him to me

It's great to see there's still plenty of love for the Wolf these days... glad the 'ol cannon mod is still workin' out for my fellow Pred fans. Wolfie's still one of the best Pred figures HT has made to date and he definitely deserves the extra attention!

Are you absolutely certain it wasn't customs that opened it up and lost the wires?

Message the guy through ebay. If he doesn't give you a partial return or something to compensate you then file a claim with paypal.

As for wires, you could just leave them out. Once you install the wires, you can't put the cannons down anymore since the wires will get in the way. You can customize some thin metal wires to go in there instead to make it looks more accurate and still be able to fold them in.

Nice! Can you post pics from the back too? Would like to fit my wolf with the cleaner kit as well but don't know how. I have both the original and the cleaner kit version but the original version has no slot where the cleaner kit should hang on.

It's easy. Swap one of your cannons from the original onto the Cleaner armor. That's what I did.

the little plastic bag which contains the wires and the instructions manual was already opened , i honestly don't believe customs did that , by the way al the adhesive tape inside the box was gone too

the ebay auction stated : MISB but it surely wasn't the case

beside that i asked to ship me the predator stated as a gift and to put low value on it but instead the seller declared a much higher value on the figure than what i payed for it , so i'll have to pay more custom taxes too than i normally should pay, i wrote the seller two messages but he doesn't answer to it so guess he maybe just hoped i wouldn't have noticed it immediately when in received the predator

already contacted hot toys too but they emailed me back they couldn't help me with it

if anyone on this board can help please let me know , if i don't find new wires i'll just put him on sale again

There's still a chance they might have. When I sold an exclusive Cleaner to a guy in Mexico, they lost the chestburster after opening it up. I know it was there and made sure (you could even hear it sliding around in the box) but the buyer tried to blame me. Once he posted that customs had checked the box, thankfully PayPal backed me up. Not saying that's the case here, but if it was actually MIB and customs did loose the pieces, it'd be a shame to take that out on the seller.

Anyway, this and having to eat the cost of a whole BD P2 after getting ripped off by a dude in Puerto Rico (said I just sent him an empty box) are the reasons I no longer sell internationally.

Hi guys,my wolf ht has just arrived today and happy to report that it was brand new and sealed.I got it from a seller in singapore and it only took a week and he declared it as a gift and valued at $50,so there is still alot of good ebay seller around,just the scammer ruin it for the true collectors.vaako sorry to hear about your wolf hope you get it sorted.

And i also modde my Wolf Predator.
I hated the body he was one, way too skinny IMO.

So i put him on an AVP predator body that I repainted.
Also repainted all the armour and gear.

Here's my latest Wolf Predator bio paint-up. Working now on a full repaint but people say he is too light. The pictures I have make him look very pale. Perhaps people like the darker skin but I like accuracy. Since he was so light, lighting changed his color in the movie.

my wolf's wrist blades came outta the box w/ one of them slightly bent, anybody here know how to properly make it straight w/o deforming it?
