Yeah it is, if you don't put the springs on. And go back many pages and you'll find a post saying how Adam, or it might be Darren, got his netting to be tight.

Hey man, can you tell me how many springs he's got? I'm counting 5 in my box so I hope I haven't lost any...

He's supposed to have 2 per cannon, that's 4, 2 for the mask, that's 6, and one for the chest armor. So that would be a total of 7 springs.

Trying that moving the base location for those two longer springs for the mask also. I agree that the location HT has for the origin for those, down on the outer left side of the med kit, seriously hampers the left gun placement when folded, and in articulation. Why'd they do that, ya reckon? Is it movie accurate? Not sure. but if the attachment points are moved to the inside area of the kit, like in all the AVP ones, it does look and perform better.

I also note that there is not a spot for any possible future Cleaner kit to go, what with the spear holder and not much room, there on his back. Anyone got ideas?
I am seriously considering making a cleaner kit for mine, from scratch. There are pics galore of it in the AVP-R making of book, so I may just do that. Make one. Anyone else had this idea?

Cool, my wait list for the wolf got converted today.


I just found this out:
If you go to SSC's home page, and search for the Wolf Pred. using his item # (6365) in the "search by keyword or item #" field, You get a small picture of the Wolf. Underneath the pictre it says "REG.EDITION". Wonder what that is all about. Is there really a BD version coming??

but if you also search for "predator" you every item either says Reg. Edition or exlcusive. Even the cosbabies have that, so i gues SSC is just saying that it's not an exclusive.

Since the SSC site is new, I'd imagine there will be small glitches, like HT products getting thrown into the same classification as SSC products, so by default, they get a Regular Editions status as they're not SSC Exclusives.

Ya, it seems most logical. SSC is growing as a distributor, but their larger offering is still their own product, so I'm sure the design of the site was geared around their own products. Only us Freaks will read into incidents like this as hope for other products

I'd like to see SSC make their own 1/6 scale preds. But I still think HT would reign king of predators. SSC might be cheaper though.

I'm not really sure what Sideshow could do differently really. It would be interesting to see what one made by them looks like, I just can't create a mental picture of it. Not to mention, they've been talking to Hot Toys a lot on their newer ventures, so likely they'd do that for Preds to, so in the end, they'd probably be close to HT's.

I can't picture it. They haven't done this sort of 1/6 articulated figure yet (well at least not along the lines of what HT has done with their Preds).

SSC should just stick to doing Pred PFs, dios, and busts. In those regards they can't be beat.

I mean yeah they'd be really similar. I'm sure SSC's would have more apparent joints, littler head, I'm not saying HT pred heads are big, more accessories. And you probably wouldn't have to assemble it. the neck config might be different. I'm just thinking of how different Medi's and SSC's Maul.

Well, I imagine there will be a Wolf or AVPR (or both) piece in the Aline and Predator diorama line.

I would save up a lot for a Wolf vs Predalien dio. but a wolf dio would be cool, esspecially if it's him in the sewer, or busting through the hospital roof. pics up later.

I'd love a Wolf solo dio with him holding the spear in a badass, come and get it type pose. Wolf, as a warrior, reminds me a bit of Scarface, he just took them all on with no fear, if he could talk he'd be like "I'll take you all to ++++ing hell" haha.

That would be cool, and it would be even cooler if the red lights on his gauntlet would light up a dim red.

Question to Lone Wolf regarding this resolution of his long springlines to the mask...

How did you attach the lower ends? Are they drilled out and removable, or did you just glue them where they are? Just wondering which would yield the better result.

looks like he cut the peg that connects the arm to the joint. then put super glue on the little peg. Hope this helps.
