all you need to do is cut the base swivel as straight as you can right in the middle, and then angle it outwards. be careful not to apply too much superglue, or it might flow into the moving parts and ruin your articulation. mine's still articulated, except that since the arms are tilted outwards now, they won't flush completely against the back when folded. a minor sacrifice i feel... i don't see a point in having them folded anyway

also, if you notice... i made 2 holes in the middle of the armor, to the right of the back pack to insert the mask wires. makes it look so much better. i think it's kinda stupid to insert the wires on the left side... gets in the way of the plasmacaster

For anyone who hadn't gotten the Wolf 1:1 Bio Helmet yet but was considering it.... HOLY ____! This thing is COOL man... I just got mine today (from an ebay seller) I have it centered in my Curio with my Hot Toys Wolf and Asian Ancient on its flanks. Knightslade already did a video review on it. (Thanks again to Knightslade for that, he sold me on the piece.) These things always look soooooooo much cooler in person than the pictures can ever do justice.

Seeing as how damned cool Wolf's Bio Helmet is... God help me when his /750 1:1 Bust comes out...

Ever since watching the movie I was planning on cutting the Wolf's claymore bandoleir, making it longer and more loose. Thats how the movie has it and I'm all about movie accuracy.

Yeah that would be cool. I might try getting a spare from Ebay and experimenting on that one first. Or maybe do one using leather.

Hi everybody!

This is my first message on this forum but i have been reading this boards since the last year.
I,m a hardcore 1/6 figures collector;hottoys,bbi,sideshow,medicom,takara...(i will put some pics of my collection as soon as i get a good digital camera)

Well,I received my wolf predator from ABC express last week and is a pretty cool figure but i think that this is a steep back for hottoys considering the great job they made with the predator 2 series (predator,bd predator and elder)
My complaints:
1/they could find another way to hide the left arm net..
2/the new body looks skiny compare with the other predators,the shoulder joints are an improvement but the legs...are crap and ruins the overall Appearance.The thighs are very thin and my wolf hips joints are pretty loose.:maul
3/Accessories;they could have reused the spinal skull from the bd predator,the bendable hands from the avp series (or new extra hands),add the big backpack,an open mouth feature,open medikit with tools,blue acid bottles,plasma handgun.....Well i suppose they will bring back all this things with another version
4/the plasma canons can,t move left or right (unlike the prototipe shown in the box)
5/ the paint apps are not very accurate;some armor pieces have an ugly copper¿?finished tone and the overall armor colour is too dark (the biohelmet is almost black)

Yay! He's great and assembly was a breeze. The only effort I had to put in was getting his head on.

well Easter for us in the UK is now....in some African countries Easter isn't officially happening until the back end of April........however as I just got mine from ABC I'm sure it will turn up soon.

LOVE those gun arm adjustments Lone Wolf! I will try that on mine. And the colors are improving on the armor bits.
I actually am not impressed at how the bandoleir doesn't hang down enough, so I wired mine down and over the waist area cloth.
Also noted how you have to really pull the loincloth bit down to get it to look right, more in front than in back and then the armor doesn't stick out so much, and it makes his legs look better and less thin. Same with the thigh armor, you have to pull them way up leaving a long stretch from there to the knee pads, which set right on top of the calf armor parts. but all in all, cool setup. Not nearly as bad as I had thought it might be.

That gun placement alteration is brilliant!

Silvered up my mask a lot more too, and it looks MUCH better! Go out and get a KRYLON silver leafing pen, has some serious silver paint, very mirror metallic, and use it only on tips and high spots, and smear it with a fingertip (gets messy) and you'll see METAL as opposed to that horrid burnt black look that HT painted it with. Then blend in some watered down burnt umber in washes over the whole thing (avoid messing up those awesome visor eyes!) to tone it all back down, and black in those cracks and letters...you'll see! Try it! Just don't overdo it.

Tips in advance of my posted paints. Hope they help someone.
