Yeah it looks really good. I?m so excited for this release!
But I usually don?t put much stock into how the figures will look until the pics for preorder come out. Notable ones were TLJ Luke that was shown at cons with the lousy TFA headsculpt then updated to an amazing headsculpt; and Palps. Padme could look better at preorder *fingers crossed.*

There are lot's of collectors who would pay 10X the original value of that figure after Ford destroyed it on TV. It's easy to separate dumb people from their money. Look what HT is doing to us.

True. Would like to know who?s it in their possession...... Well, I don?t think it?s necessary a dumb think to want a destroyed figure by the man himself.... Better than any signature the world/Ford could choke up.

Interested to see how this looks in production - the Leia Hoth sculpt seemed to suffer a bit from proto to production figure (thinner it seemed) first time around so this re-release of that head might go the same way.

JC Hong did mention that the proto Padme shown recently is not final, after someone complained how bad she looked. So they've got the message.

I wonder if this will be the last Leia we get from Hot Toys. We could potentially get the Boussh disguise and maybe the Endor dress version. I kind of doubt the slave/Jabba?s prisoner version will ever happen. Boussh would be a buy from me. I don?t think I would get the Endor dress version though.

Bespin escape and ANH Ceremony are both still begging to be made too.

Knockoff companies have really been improving, I'm surprised a better Slave Leia isn't yet available. Maybe something better will come along soon. I haven't given up hope but I have my doubts about a HT release.

I’m kind of hoping someone makes a new Slave version, but I POd the Leia/Wicket 2-pack, and an extra Leia to modify — just in case — to make my own.

Based on Portman’s wooden performance I’d say HT got it right.

Yeah I'm really hoping they've gone back to the original sculpt and won't just be reusing the same production Hoth head that was a bit distorted from the proto, where the eyes seemed pushed forward a bit too much.

Bespin escape and ANH Ceremony are both still begging to be made too.

I don?t really know if the Bespin escape version is necessary truthfully. It would be easy to make, but at the same time that kind of gives a reason to not do it. Swap the head from the Bespin Gown version onto the Hoth body. Just take off the vest and get some white shoes for that figure. Basically makes a homemade version.

Her Bespin Escape look would really need a more form-fitting outfit to look it's best I think. There's nothing sexy at all about that baggy Hoth outfit HT made for her.
