The costumes are the latest in a series of bizarre disguises chosen by the singer to hide his children's identities on public outings.
Paris, 10, entered the shop wearing a frightening white mask, similar to the hockey mask worn by serial killed Jason X in the Friday the 13th horror film series.
But she and her brothers Prince Michael, 11, and six-year-old Prince Michael II, also known as Blanket, removed their disguises once inside the Golden Apple in Los Angeles, and were photographed enjoying the comic book shop's wares in normal clothing.
Jackson kept on his own disguise – white mask, dark glasses, and a hooded top - throughout the trip, according to onlookers.
The Jackson children are rarely seen in public without veils, which the singer apparently insists they wear as protection against kidnap threats.
They were pictured without their disguises for the first time earlier this year, on an outing to see a ventriloquist show at the Luxor Casino in Las Vegas.
The two eldest children are from his former marriage to nurse Debbie Rowe, while Blanket's parentage is unknown.
Since being cleared of child abuse charges in June 2005, Jackson has kept a low profile, dividing his time between the Gulf state of Bahrain and Las Vegas
