personally, i'm waiting for a smooth criminal outfit. best video (and maybe even song) in my opinion. i think the head looks better, but there's still something about it. kinda like it looks too angry for michael now.

MJ - innocent until proven guilty. unless of course, you live in a country where many people think their opinion MUST be heard and MUST be true (i should know, i live in one). empires were built of this stuff.

i think thriller has to be the most popular choice. HT would be stupid not to really. I wonder how a BAD version would fare. which would you guys prefer if it was smooth criminal or bad? i guess bad is more iconic but smooth criminal was just so badass!

But that's about Hitler. And I don't particularly need to discuss moral responsibility, I just wanted to express my opinion about this figure's existence - which I've done now.

As for the figure itself, meh - it's not the greatest likeness. Jackson's face looked much more sculpted and rough, and certainly not caucasian. This is a HS of Jackson as he would have looked had he been born white, not as a black man who mutilated and bleached himself. And is he really an icon, or was he ever, even if you're prepared to forgive the kiddie-fiddling? He's just an eighties star, it's not like his life and music ever resonated beyond the pop world like the Beatles, Elvis, Stones, Dylan...he didn't even encapsulate the 80's like Brando and Dean encapsulated the 50's, Madonna and Stallone did that. Although maybe he's bigger in Asia.

But a Ronald Reagan figure, I would definitely buy.
