I took the wallpaper off the wall and it near enough crumbled into next doors . :lol
I can't wait to have all my crap on display , its all getting neglected. :lol

I had it (sold it and now I'm beginning to regret it) and even with her small scale, she rocked in the detail and accuracy department.
 
Sorry to bring the mood down Guys , but I feel a rant coming on and this is the perfect place for it! Did any of you in the U.K obtain a P2 Elder from Forbidden Planet? I ask this because I placed a Pre-Order for one as soon as they were announced ( as we know all those months ago ). About 2 months ago I contacted FP ( by phone as they didn't seem to want to answer my e-mails) as I was curious as to the status of my order , after all , everyone else seemed to have their Elders in hand . I was told that they HOPED to have MORE in stock soon and when they did , mine would be dispatched . Now, I firstly found this interesting because in the months that had passed , the Elder had not been advertised in ANY of FP's catalogues/websites as "in stock" at any time! Only now it's appearing as "no longer available" , or some other term . So , in effect , my chance to own one has been and gone . This is especially galling as usually I get my Preds from Sideshow , but just this once , I ordered from FP because it worked out a little cheaper ( there's a lesson in itself). The obvious answer is that they had so few available that pre-orders took all their stock immediately . Possible , I know, but seeing as most other Hot Toys products appear in their advertising for a number of months at least , seems unusual . In my experience ,"high end" items don't shift that quickly from FP , because for one thing , their prices tend to be on the high side . At the very least , FP's customer service is at fault for not letting people with pre-orders know that they were unable to supply the items ordered , thereby enabling them to try to obtain the figure elsewhere ! I'll say at this point , that I have spent HUNDREDS of pounds with FP over the last couple of years as I have had every Sideshow Star Wars figure pre-ordered with them since the first was released ! And that's not including various other items I've ordered over the years . But no longer , I've cancelled ALL my pre-orders and have decided to take my chances picking up my stuff elsewhere , after all , their pre-ordering system is obviously worth squat and Sideshows Star Wars figures are not exactly difficult to find anymore in the U.K , like when they first appeared . It may cost a little more ,( I'll give them their due , FP's price on these were good) but there's a principle involved here , as I feel SERIOUSLY let down by FP ( and not for the only time ,but that's another story for another day) and as far as I'm concerned , they've had all the money off me that they're getting . So , I'd be interested to find out if ANYONE received an Elder from FP in the U.K at all . Rant over . (Sort of).:mad:
 
Sucks to hear dude. The least they could've done was inform you early on that they would probably not be getting their shipment and that you should start looking elsewhere. It has been nearly over a year since the P2 Elder was released so I really doubt they will get any.
 
your not the only one who didnt get an elder. quite a few people didnt and to be honest i dont think they ever got them in stock.
