Bobby, if you have a spare TT body, there is a way to do a swap. The pelvis & thighs are glued tight, so unscrewing won't be able to take them apart. The hip ball joint is not glued, but with where yours broke, opening the hip balljoints won't do you any good. Easiest way to repair is to open up the pelvis, but it is risky as it needs a lot of prying due to the glue. However, the knee joints can be removed if you pull it real hard. As you can see in the pics, both the top & bottom of the knee is just a super peg (similar to wrist ball joint, but a lot bigger and tighter) that holds the upper & lower leg together. However, take a note that on my TDK body, the knee-to-lower leg peg is sooo tight its non-removable. But the thigh-to-knee peg is. Thats how I saved my TDK broken leg by swapping the knee & lower leg, then sand down the TT lower leg to the same shape as TDK's skinny version. All these parts are a direct swap with identical connections.
So in your case, if you never hear back from HT, and has a spare TT body you can use, you can swap in the "pelvis + hip joint + thighs" assembly, since both the tummy can be easily taken apart by taking out the screws, and the knees can be taken out where it connects the thigh. Just that the colors won't be all black, but since its in the suit all the time, its no big deal. There is a spring on the top pelvis that can be tough to get in place onto the inner tummy section. A small screwdriver and a little patience can help you pry that thing a little to sit back in place. Do keep in mind that the plastic HT used is not very strong. Too much stress can break stuff. So be cautious on where you grab, pull or pry during the operation, to minimize stress.
So a bit of a surgery, but its doable. Hope that helps.
