Take mine, for example. 1 1Y N -
I read this as: 1 = One head. Correct
1Y = 1 Cane Y drilled. Correct
N = Painted. Wrong I would like both the head and the cane painted please.
Paid - Not sure what PP means. I'm guessing Pre-Paid. Which I have done.

Is there any way we can help you achieve the aim, without suffering, at all?

Note the categories at the top of each column Quantity= number of copies, Cane= well, a cane, Drilled = neck drilling, Painted= kuato painting Paid = either PP (PayPal) or MO (Money Order). That's more for me than anything else to keep track of payment types.
