Great job Chris. I'm happy if everyone else is.

I just wanted to point out a couple of areas that could do with some tweaking. It was hard to find a profile pic, so I hope you can see what I mean by these areas could do with a tweak.

Do you think his forehead slopes too much? And could the back of his head be marginally receded?

King is always after someone to suck it. He's well renowned for being Hoovers mate. I may suck for bringing this up, but don't count on me to be the one King. :moon

Anyway, these things are hard to judge, really, without having the head here to plunk on the body and get a feel for it. Afterall, when the head is on the body, it's not as if there's going to be a profile pic to compare it to, by viewers of our collections. Also, the pics you've provided, Chris, are way larger than the actual head, so the areas I've outlined will probably be insignificant. In any event, I think the first impression is the greatest, and people commenting, will focus on the sculpts face. In that regard I think you did the outstanding job that we are applauding you for.

I don't expect you to be making any drastic changes (well any change is drastic), to appease me. At this stage I'm just bringing this up for the purpose of further discussion, if anyone feels that is warranted. When so many say how good it is, others can feel their opinions will be shouted down, so I thought I'd bring it up. :lol I can be a bast like that. Forgive me, for I know not what trouble I'm getting myself into, but I have an idea. :lol

I think the back of his head for the most part is fine (not sure how much work it would take to rework it), and as for the front I don't think it's as bad as that comparison makes it out to be:

Yes, I can see where angling the picture has made all the difference. Good job, thanks. Concerning the back of his head, looking at the right profile, it isn't as noticeable as the left.

Hey Rick, you bring up some nice points, but casting is starting and I want my head sooner than later and further tweaks will only delay my snuggle time with Greg House. So kindly, with all due respect, STFU, thank you very much.

:)

I knew you wouldn't read my post because it had too many words. I said I didn't expect any tweaks and was just promoting discussion. Now gtfo of here. :lol I want my Housey House too.

HA! I am on to your little trick of tossing my name into your long posts knowing I wont read them.

I actually did read your post and I responed in a manner that would further the disscusion you so deperately want. So :moon

this is true! :banana

they were the most expensive thing i just bought for the figure i think, besides the sculpt and such. The james dean ones are on the bay for insane amounts.. and i snagged a pair of rambo jeans because i liked the color.. but we'll see how that works! I don't even have a true type to try it out on when they get here! :p Goodluck in the pant-search! Let us know what you go with.

I've been trying to get the James Dean ones too, though the price has been skyrocketing on EBay. Hopefully one of the forum members list some soon.
