They go on feet. Tru-type nudes come with feet, if you buy them boxed at least, so they'll fit right on. Then again some people buy the bodies loose, without hands feet and the neck adapters.

Doing up the laces is the hardest part. The laces are extra long, so before you cut them to length, if that's what you decide to do, tie them first, it'll be much easier.

thank you VERY much for the advice! I've got a true type on order from sideshow, but if it hits crunch time, i just might order one from the bay. But i'll be sure to get one with feet. This is gonna be my first big custom figure.. so i'm so excited to get started on it! Thanks again for your help!
 
This will be the easiest custom you're ever likely to make. None of it has to be all that accurate to make it look good, other than the sculpt. Some articles of clothing will make it look better, but generally speaking jeans are jeans, coats are coats and sneakers are runners. Well they are in my country. :stooge

Oh, and you'll have plenty of time. If you've got your sculpt ordered from Mr Howes, it'll still need painting. So there's no need to rush, and you're more than welcome. You can repay me by posting a pic of your headless House, whenever you're ready.

I could wait as long as it takes, I would just like to hear something from Chris every now and then. Even if he were to say he won't have a chance to post in the forum for quite a while because he is very busy right now.

Something tells me when Chris is finished tweaking the hair, this commission will be wrapped up pretty quickly with heads being shipped to buyers and a big package to kuato for painting :D

And then, like Buttmunch suggested (I think), on to wilson! And he'll be just as easy to bash together as house.
 
Ordered all my clothes..
just ordered the sculpt to be painted and drilled and such with cane..

now i just have to pay kuato when he wants me to, and get myself a dang true type..

i can feel the money just pouring out of me! :p Seriously though, i'm psyched to be able to put this together as a gift for my bro. Worth every penny! :)

Chris said he'd try to have pics up tonight, and start casting in the next week! woo!

You have to wait for the word. It isn't ready to paint yet. You'll get notification from Kuato.
