Those are beautiful displays, do you happen to remember the name of the store you purchased it from, would love to get one. I would love to see it in your display thread once you get established ski, especially curious to see how the color of the backing looks with the statues displayed.

They are "American Drew, Bob Mackie Home Curio China" if you google that they will appear at several online stores, I have to warn yah they are quite pricey but yes I love the way they look. I'll have to measure my room in the basement of the new house to make sure it's a go just yet though, so I haven't purchased them until I move in.

@Skiman
Would that hold?

@Mister Ski
But what about the dust?

I'm thinking of getting those custom acrylic display cases for these oversized bastards.

Should hold two of them on the bottom I'm thinking by the dimensions or I might separate them just to keep the weight off of each curio.

They are pretty sturdy being 300lbs each on the curio specs.

awesome thanks for the information skiman, hopefully they work for ya in your basement setup, im in the process of moving my collection to the basement in a new house as well so i need to make the same measurements.

nor would I, there was a BIN complete listing that sold at $2500.

nope, not that much either. these are just getting to hard to get and with living in canada, it's even harder to get them shipped up here. good thing binny and mesa were willing to ship to me.:yess:

While I was laying this suma_____ down beside me, I found out he had nuts. It was a weird moment. I don't recall any other PFs having the same treatment. (Besides the Emma Frost PF)

Now to my question:
Is this piece perfectly solid?
& why did SS not go through with the original designs with how his pants was supposed to be ripped?

she had nuts :dunno

Hey fellow freaks, do you guys think $2200 (shipping included) is a good price for the Gray PF Hulk?

I've been getting feedback from some freaks about potential statue pickups and I came across this one and was just wondering what you guys thought?

Shipping seems a bit high, he should be able to ship this sucker for $75 instead of $200, not sure what he's doing... :dunno

ok so I ended up passing on the deal...just can't see myself forking that much over at this point in time. Especially since I'm new to the collecting game. Although it's SO SO SO tempting I have to refrain from going all in. I'll get one eventually :panic:

Going to try as much as possible and stick to the plan of just focusing on upcoming statues instead of going back for grails. Well after I make my last payment for the punisher comiquette to a fellow forum member :yess:

Unfortunate to hear that man. But no worries, he'll eventually smash his way through your collection & not to mention your wallet. :lol
I'm pacing myself as well since this addiction is quite a slippery slope & it's more practical to ease your way in (That's what she said!) than to dive in head first (That's what she said as well!).

Had to do it! :rotfl:rotfl:rotfl
