came across an interesting interpretation of this issue called "the violent ape" but this version dont really make sense, alot of cultures never punched native americans for one if i am not mistaken, even with bareknuckle boxing alot of the techniques use other parts of the hand and fist to deliver the blow apart from the knuckles as they will break if you connect full force with most parts of the skull, most boxers have damaged hands thats with wraps and gloves.....seems a bad design issue

If this were true then throwing a punch would be more natural. Most people's first instincts are to kick or slap someone when they are angry.

That chick obviously doesn't know squat about fighting. You know how easy it is to break a hand by throwing a punch? Our hands are very weak when it comes to that stuff, and all those tiny bones make punching painful unless one toughens up their hands. If you want to hit someone, an elbow, knee or kick is a much less painful option.

bogus.......they didn't factor in the f-a-p factor.........just sayin'..........
