I can't remember if they actually said she'd be up for PO this week, but when they put a pic of a new statue/figure in the Thursday newsletter it has always meant that that statue/figure would be up for PO the next week.

I'm betting they delayed it for spook. I was surprised they put up Iron Giant when they did. Seemed like another good item for spooktacular.
