I always thought this was a full disc game and not a downloadable one. Looks pretty cool to me. I'll probably buy it.

Funny you should say that, here's the closing comments on the team xbox review:

"Despite the game's shortcomings, when all was said and done I still wanted to keep playing. The game's plausible-future feels well-devised and I immediately wanted to continue onto Episode 2, which doesn't officially exist yet. It very much feels like a piece of a larger game which was at first made the game feel lacking, but that's counteracted by the fact that it's a $15 downlodable game and not a retail release. And when a downloadable game makes you keep thinking its a full retail release, it's definitely doing something right."

Here's some raving reviews, such as team xbox gave it a 8.2.....

Here's the metacritic score thus far, it seems to be all over the place with Official Xbox Magazine giving it a 90 out of 100, and EDGE giving it a 3 out of 10.

Hmmmm....I'll go ahead and say..."what the hell?"

I DO trust teamxbox.com. I guess I'll wait for IGN and Game Informer's reviews.

Noon (also mid-day or noon time) is defined as 11:00am to 1:00pm, a time generally around the middle of the day when people in many countries take a lunch break.

(Serious question) When did this game go from being a disc to an episodic download?

Did it ever start out as being on disc? To my knowledge the first time I read about it (about a year ago maybe?) it was planned to be a downloadable XBLA game. They just recently announced it was episodic though, with two more parts coming...though they don't exist yet.

It's not like they took a disc game and chopped it into 3 parts.

The trial wasn't great. However I decided to DL the full game. Its not great. The water is nice but apart from that its very tedius. And the main character is annoying as hell.

After trying the (short) demo, I think I'll save my money and use it on something better. Like a sandwich.

Gamepro gave it a 3/5 score. Main problems are: Controls, Rough graphics, bad combat system, random glitches, and strange map and level design.

~~Easy pass for me. Maybe if they offer it for half off around Xmas.

The horrid scottish (or english) accents make the characters sound like they have marbles in their mouths, I need to strain just to figure out what they are trying to say.

The demo wasn't bad by any means, but nothing rally wow'ed me. The best part I thought was the hacking, an I swear that has been used elsewhere in another game with the wavelengths.
