I have never dealt with this, but it seems that as long as you send it and it gets there, you'll get your funds.

i had ebay do this before too. sucks balls. once i put in the tracking # and it was delivered I emailed PP and told them it was delivered, just to sure they were on top of it, and they uncaged my money. i have 100% feedback, i think it had something to do with the new(at the time) rating system which buyers don't have to fill out and if you didn't have a certain # of ratings (good or bad) or some other criteria they would hold your money...if i'm remembering it correctly.
